As a member of Vistoso you are required to submit for approval for any exterior modifications. Use this submittal form, fill it out and fax, mail or email it to Lewis Management Resources at 180 W Magee Rd. Suite 134, Tucson, AZ 85704 for processing.
Also of interest is the list of approved colors by three different vendors and listed by neighborhood below. Find your approved colors then click on the vendor link and see what they look like directly on the house via the vendor's website.
Paint may be purchased with any vendor. Colors which are on the approved palette may be found at Dunn Edwards, Frazee or Sherwin Williams. Click on one of the vendor links to visualize the colors the vendors have to offer which have been pre-approved by the Architectural & Landscape Review Committee.
