Rancho Vistoso is a planned area neighborhood community located in Oro Valley, Arizona.� Our boundaries are north of Tangerine Road, west of Oracle Road, south of Sun City Vistoso community and east of Cholla Air Park.� There are thirty-one neighborhoods developed by various builders offering a range from entry homes to million dollar estates.� There are nine family parks, hiking trails and a golf course for recreation. Additionally, Rancho Vistoso also has a commercial development area.

Rancho Vistoso community is legally known as a homeowner association by the name of Vistoso Community Association or VCA.� VCA�is a non-profit corporation made up by�a mix of single family homeowners, multi-family homeowners�and commercial property owners.� �The association is governed by an elected Board of Directors and Executive Advisory Committees.� The governing documents are; Articles of Incorporation, By-laws for the Association, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's), Design Guidelines:Common Homeowner Projects and Rules and Resolutions.�
